Posse Comitatus

In the United States, a Federal statute known as the Posse Comitatus Act forbids the use of the United States Army, and through it, its offspring, the United States Air Force, as a posse comitatus or for law enforcement purposes. A directive from the Secretary of Defense prohibits the use of the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps for law enforcement. No such limitation exists on the United States Coast Guard, which can be used for all law enforcement purposes (for example, Coast Guardsmen were used as temporary Air Marshals for many months after the 9/11 attacks).

This Act was almost thoroughly repealed by Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122) (2), which was signed by the commander in chief (President George W. Bush) on October 17th, 2006, in a private Oval Office ceremony, allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities, in order to "suppress public disorder."

Section 333, "Major public emergencies; interference with State and Federal law" states that "the President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States, the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of ("refuse" or "fail" in) maintaining public order, "in order to suppress, in any State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy."

Article V of the Constitution provides two methods for adding Amendments. Congress introduces amendments by one method; the states initiate them under the other.

Most recently, there has been a major movement to pass a federal balanced budget amendment. Unable to get action in Congress, supporters again turned to the convention method of amendment. To date, those behind the balanced budget amendment have convinced 32 states to submit convention petitions to Congress. Backers of the amendment need only two more states to compel Congress to call a convention.

Many people have voiced concern over the convention method of amending the Constitution. Our only experience with a national constitutional convention took place 200 years ago. At that time the delegates took it upon themselves to ignore the reason for calling the convention, which was merely to improve the Articles of Confederation. The Founding Fathers also violated the procedure for changing the Articles of Confederation. Instead of requiring approval of all the state legislatures, the signers of the Constitution called for ratification by elected state conventions in only nine of the 13 states.

Another point of anxiety is that Article V of the Constitution says nothing about what a convention may or may not do. If a convention is held, must it deal with only one proposed amendment? Or could the delegates vote on any number of amendments that were introduced? The Constitution itself provides no answers to these questions.

So they need two more State legislatures to change the Constitution. Once convened they can do anything they want.
They can turn it in to a 100% dictatorship. (which probably wouldn’t work). They can take away the first amendment, they can make it so Obama can have 5 terms, or Schwarzenegger could become president-

The morgues of Gaza's hospitals are over-flowing. The bodies in their blood-soaked white shrouds cover the entire floor space of the Shifa hospital morgue. Some are intact, most horribly deformed, limbs twisted into unnatural positions, chest cavities exposed, heads blown off, skulls crushed in. Family members wait outside to identify and claim a brother, husband, father, mother, wife, child. Many of those who wait their turn have lost numerous family members and loved ones.

Blood is everywhere. Hospital orderlies hose down the floors of operating rooms, bloodied bandages lie discarded in corners, and the injured continue to pour in: bodies lacerated by shrapnel, burns, bullet wounds. Medical workers, exhausted and under siege, work day and night and each life saved is seen as a victory over the predominance of death.

Now, straight away, an adequate supply of food for Gaza, the secession of the unequal military violence and the immediate halt of murder of Palestinian civilians is at once obligatory.

Israel can clearly not be trusted; the parents can not trust the bad child and the parents must observe that child with great vigilance and caution.

The bad child Israel plays mind games; the bad child fired the rockets from Lebanon at itself so it could retaliate. Can this place get any more bizarre?

Israel planned all of this and what ever else is behind the barbarian attack; and what above and beyond this have they planned. We must remember they are never satisfied and they always lie.
Unfortunately we will see the planned expansion.

This child shouldn’t get just a slap on the hand; this child might have to be whacked.

To believe the Israeli population is in agreement with their government is unfathomable. Germans under the Hitler repression were in a similar predicament, there is the paradox.

Thus the Geneva Conventions are a set of jus in bello. Doctrines concerning the protection of civilians in wartime, or the need for "proportionality" when force is used, are addressed to issues of conduct within a war, but the same doctrines can also shed light on the question of when it is lawful (or unlawful) to go to war in the first place.

As we can see there is no just war nor in-Bellum or ad-bellum, no matter how many doctrines are put on paper.

US Workers’ Personal Retirement Accounts Confiscation. The contrast is stark and menacing. No equilibrium, no stability; just plain open theft and hell.
Clearly government taking private funds from citizens, those pennies the people have worked for all their lives, is obviously larceny. Never the less that is precisely what theyre doing.

Private Retirement, Social Security etc is in reality, as we can see now, manipulated and completely controlled by PNAC Corporation.

People that worked hard all their lives are left with factually nothing, the PNAC takes, the Bilderberger Group takes, doesn’t care about the citizen, period, period.

In return the public gets politicians with extra ordinary grandiose lies and corrupt minds, politicians, some insane, most corrupt, all liars. What did we expect, what are we, we are slaves, we are convenient slaves.

They like us; for their agenda. They have plans, destroy and conquer, steal and murder, lie and deceive corruption and betrayal. Chaos confuses the issue and bamboozles the masses. Poverty subjugates and presses the masses in to obedience. There is nothing left to do but fall to the knees, bow and glorify the PNAC.

Incrementally they took our loved ones murdered them in the name of self glorification, Country and God and now they have taken the citizens money funds, houses, savings, let’s just say all dignity, respect and earthly goods. How ever it’s nice to know we don’t mean squat to the Corporation, at least we know where we stand, knee deep in their excrement.

Maniacal self appointed government rampaging through our lives like the tornado in the wizard of OZ.
And they are the Wizards of OZ, they are that for decades; and for decades the masses are in the excrement with pretty empty promises and filthy propaganda bunched around our neck, and how will we get rid of the albatross.
Or is it actually humanly possible to get people loving government, or is it the nature of government to abuse its citizens.
Surely we are a robust meal for the government.
When we are young we are invincible, we incuriously think, indestructible we are made to believe, just another mind distortion, if that were so, no young warrior would die on the battle field.

We are penetrable at any time in our lives and the government knows it and takes full advantage of it.
We are manipulated from the day we first see the light, we are thrust into darkness every minute we are controlled by them; do we ever see the light, a veil of deception the poisoned gift from corrupt government deceivers.

Government is a dark figure, an unfriendly stranger penetrating our lives from every angle with out permission.

For example Switzerland, the same in some respect, but in many important ways the country has drastically changed and not for the better, very unfortunate not so much for the government but for the Swiss citizens.

If indeed government did what they are here for, serve the people and country, population and land, we wouldn’t be looking at the current tragic catastrophe; one child dies every six seconds, citizens live in poverty, the government steals every resource belonging to the citizen, citizens suffer hunger, endure disease and may survive Apocalypse Now.
Their MOTO, If it’s not broken, break it, lust for greed and power and thank you for that.
Switzerland is still reasonably safe, but how long?

The Night of the Long Knives, when the Nazi regime carried out political slaughter, many of those killed were members of the Sturmabteilung (SA), a Nazi paramilitary organization some what like the PNAC Contractors now.

Adolf Hitler turned against the SA and against head of the SA, Ernst Röhm, who was Hitlers friend but Hitler left town and had his friend Ernst Röhm slaughtered as well, that’s where the friendship ended.

Hitler, not just a little paranoid, Hitler saw autonomy of the SA as a direct threat to his power. Hitler took charge by murder and incorporated the SA in to the German military under his own direct leadership.

Hitler used the lingering fear of the weekend June 30th – July 2nd against critics of his regime. From that moment on Hitler took hand against anyone anywhere in Germany who was suspected of saying, of thinking any thing not in agreement with the Hitler/PNAC ideology.
Exactly as PNAC/Bush ideology spoken not too long ago.

“you’re either with us, or you’re against us” same PNAC ideology. Same PNAC mouth speaking, different face, that’s all.

Who ever heard of “Helping Humanity”, what PNAC leader would do that, that’s just crazy.

Change is needed but not more fanatic extremism, the Meister who controls the mentally ill, the unbalanced, misguided and amoral. The PNAC know where to find the twisted; they seek them out and use them to their advantage.

A Group an Organization, “Cosa Nostra, PNAC” criminal organizations, murder for power and resources;
not even remotely theirs, but some deep inexplicable need will drive these ultra rich, under par, unwell Few.
Perhaps it’s boredom, new toys for the boys, who knows what inspiration spur their enthusiasm, murder, lets watch the world population die.

Yes of course power, but they must be having fun; the sound of the gun, people dying.
These fun loving deviants become the scourge, the plague, the curse and horror of humanly, in a village, a city, a country, the world.

And yes 50,000 more citizens, loose their job and pension, more for the PNAC just part of the game.
