A ridiculous term in complete contradiction with what the US government is doing, since they deliver billions of dollars worth of weapons. Weapons are created or shall we say built and developed for chaos, unrest, fear, death and destruction, oh yes. That is their true value, the true determination.

In Iraq the US government is still promoting Peace and Democracy, even one short look tells us they have failed miserably; or, rather shall we say they lied and never meant to bring peace and democracy, actually the later is true.
US military is still running around Iraq developing their leg muscles, kicking in doors. What are they going to kick when they are back in the US?

The US PNAC government does the exact opposite of keeping the Balance; and the exact opposite of what they say and promise.
They push, shift and prod the balance out of sync, as far as possible, to the brink one could comfortably say.

Rice and Gates are there in Saudi Arabia to see their merchandise is handled properly and stored till the day the PNAC will use it in the not so distant future.

Interesting this billion dollar weapon suppository deal comes on the heals of the Missile defense System deception in the Czech republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Romaine in that part of the world where it can do the most damage, reaching as far as the Ural Mountains where it presents a threat to Russia.
Russia and China signed a friendship pact.

The proposed Bush Missile defense System in the Balkans is supposed to be, early warning, short range, interceptor missiles but because the PNAC does the opposite of what they say, well you do the math and why should they change old habits.
Regardless of what they say its always one more step in the direction of their final goal. Today it’s warning, interceptor, short range missiles, yesterday it was some thing else, tomorrow nuclear holocaust.
Everything they do is and has been carefully planned.
Inching ever closer, keeping in mind at all time their planned World Domination goal in focus.

In his narrow view it doesn’t have to be better for the rest of the world, just for the PNAC Bildergers and its lieutenants. That’s what he means by better now.

Outsourcing Intelligence
Over the past six years, a quiet revolution has occurred in the intelligence. Key functions of intelligence agencies are now run by private corporations. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) revealed in May that 70 percent of the intelligence budget goes to contractors.

For all practical purposes, effective control of the NSA is with private corporations, which run its support and management functions. As the Washington Post's Walter Pincus reported last year, more than 70 percent of the staff of the Pentagon's newest intelligence unit, CIFA (Counterintelligence Field Activity), is made up of corporate contractors.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) lawyers revealed at a conference in May that contractors make up 51 percent of the staff in DIA offices.
At the CIA, the situation is similar. Between 50 and 60 percent of the workforce of the CIA's most important directorate, the National Clandestine Service (NCS), responsible for the gathering of human intelligence, is composed of employees of for-profit corporations.
