Ricardo M. Urbina On Tuesday, Judge Urbina had directed that 17 men, members of the Uighur Muslim minority in western China, be brought from the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, to his courtroom where they were to be freed.

The brief order from the appeals panel said it was issuing what it called an administrative stay so that it could consider a Justice Department request for a stay of Judge Urbina’s ruling while the department appealed. The Wednesday night order said it “should not be construed in any way as a ruling” on the Justice Department’s request for a stay of Judge Urbina’s ruling.

Judge Urbina had said he would release the men, who have been held in Guantánamo since 2002. He said that the men had never fought the United States and that the government had presented no evidence that they presented a security threat to the United States.

The Bush totalitarian system appealed and the 17 held against international law sitting in Guantanamo since 2002 are not going any where. The 17 will sit some more. What are the Bushies doing, use the 17 for entertainment.
All human beings held in Guantanamo are subject to human rights issues, clearly Guantanamo human rights issues exist against the Bush PNAC regime, and the US government.
There is that totalitarian idealist opinion they practice and the world doesn’t agree with them, yet they are aggressors against humanity and they them selves are running around free. They just brought down all financial stability and security world wide. Is that OK? The illegal invasion and consequent murder of 1 million Iraqis, more if we count Afghanistan, in the Middle East, is that OK too.
One could say they are definitely unfriendly, dangerous and not conducive to public health. The regime is still waging terrorism and grand theft. The fuckers are still stealing and killing every body, and they are not particular from whom and who.
Judges Karen Henderson, R Randolph and Judith Rogers roll up the sleeves and could do some thing for the 17 innocent people. And then do some thing for the other people held in US concentration camps unlawfully.

This Guantanamo injustice again, the 17 probably innocent men and the 10 trillion dollar National debt isn’t doing much for the good guy image.

It’s not good for the public, Government is never good for the public, it’s only good for the government, those who run the regime and eat thousand dollar doughnuts.

Lenin, was a Russian revolutionary, a communist politician, the principal leader of the October Revolution, the first head of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic and, from 1922, the first de facto leader of the Soviet Union. In 1999, he was named by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. His contributions to Marxist theory are commonly referred to as Leninism.

It was in Zurich in the spring of 1916 that Lenin wrote the important theoretical work Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism.
In this work Lenin argues that the merging of banks and industrial cartels give rise to finance capital. According to Lenin, in the last stage of capitalism, in pursuit of greater profits than the home market can offer, capital is exported.

This leads to the division of the world between international monopolist firms and to European states colonizing large parts of the world in support of their businesses. Imperialism is thus an advanced stage of capitalism, one relying on the rise of monopolies and on the export of capital (rather than goods), and of which colonialism is one feature.

If Lenin had understood that it would be the United States colonizing not only large parts of the world, but the entire world in support of their businesses, that the US are the Imperialists he foresaw, Lenin was only a little off, though his prediction came true and is still completely on the mark.
